Stan Baker B2 Digital Technologies

Stan Baker is a programmer that was brought into the building of a web site for me thru ThinkBig. Stan Baker and I continued a business relationship with the two of us coming to an agreement, in writing, for backing the site up and for the moving of the site from the temporary server to the permanent server location on GoDaddy.com. That process never really got started because there were major issues as soon as he started. There are two issues that happened immediately that Stan Baker agreed to pay the damages for, in writing, that he is now ignoring. Because Stan Baker did NOT back the site up correctly, as he admitted to in writing, AND becuase Stan Baker did NOT move the site from one server to another correctly, as he also admitted to in writing,.......there were additional charges in the amount of $150 to restore the information thru GoDaddy.com to get my site back up. Those charges are now on my credit card statement. Stan Baker took responsibility very clearly for these two distinct mistakes and said, in a written email that I still have, that he would pay the $150 since he caused the problem and admitted that. I have contacted him twice over the last month, the first time included a copy of the charges to me from GoDaddy.com so he could see the actual amount was exactly what I had told him it would be when all this came down. Stan Baker is not returning my emails or getting back to me about handling this issue. It appears he is now trying to back out of his written promise to pay for the damages he caused.
