I received the items I ordered without any issueUpon using these items on a trial basis, we were not happy with them, as they did not meet our standardsI wished to return the items for a refund, and subsequently followed the website's directions to process a returnThis includes emailing the service address to request a return authorization number (RAN)I did this twice, the first being December 2, and have yet to receive a response from the companyI them attempted to call the number listed on the website for helpThe call was not answered, although I called during the business hours listed over the phone, and I was not allowed to leave any kind of messageThe website states items may be refunded within days of purchaseI have tried to comply with this policy, but the company has not complied with their end of the transaction

I purchased a Pur-well cool-head Micro bead Support pillow for $on 2/12/after seeing it advertised on WZZM on the "Ways to Save" segmentI received it on 2/15/and was not happy with it since it did not have a removable cover as advertised and seemed poorly madeI returned it on 2/16/I received a failure notice when trying to contact them by e-mail and there was no way of contacting them by phoneI am still owed $from this companyOn their website it states that a full refund would be issued if product is returned within days
I paid for this item by mistake with a Huntington debit card
Do I have any recourse in this matter?
