Stan and his wife are an odd couple that seem to never quite agree on anything, and will both tell you different stories about how much you need to pay, policies about your apartment, etc Upon moving in to my unit at Casa Grande, the place had burn marks on the linoleum in the kitchen, and I can't tell you how many carpet staples I have stepped on to date The walls were full of poorly patched holes, and there was an electrical outlet missing a cover, as well as many outlets that are simply too loose to safely hold any plug The electrical outlet cover was never replaced, and don't even get me started about the outdated appliances Also, my front door will not shut completely unless slammed The catch plate on the door lock has shifted so many times, and Stan's maintenance people have hardly done anything to fix the problem each of the 2-times they came

Renter beware, advise you not to rent to this individual They discriminate by not renting to those that have been homeless even though they can afford to rent nowMy daughter is disabled and was homeless for a short period of time due to her mental illness, but because she was homeless, although has been staying with several different friends, the wife of Stan refused to rent to her
