My company worked for this person around the first of Sept. 2012. When the job was completed this is what she wrote about my company on [redacted]'s [redacted] on Sept. 19,2012:
They came out and did some tuckpointing on my building. They also came back...

and waterproofed and did some touch ups. They did a great job and everthing went really well. It really made a big difference on the side of the building they did the work. They will be coming back very soon to do more work for me in the basement. [redacted], the owner, was a pleasure to work with, he is a very nice gentlemen.
After the respond she made about my company she gave my company overall A.
This person states their was a problem six months later but yet I never heard for her. If I would of known about this I would have came back to resolve the issue. But instead this person contacts me three years later and when I tried to explained to her I only repaired at that time what I seen was wrong and fixed it. But I would come out and see if I could fix the old or new problem but she declined me. Once in a great while I have a client with a issue they call as soon as possible and my company resolves it.
When we were applying the waterproofing this person was on site asking me questions and I was answering them as my workers were up on a ladder applying the waterproofing. We waterproof from the top to the bottom all around the building.
She had mentioned about a roofer who said we did no tuckpointing well I have not seen any documents stateing that is true. I can say we did the work.
To resolve this problem my company is willing to refund $600.00 for the waterproofing.
