I did finally receive my refund on October 2,However, I would never recommend paying this company with a debit cardI would also not recommend this property to anyone

To Whom it may concern: The Hill at Woodway wanted to respond to the claim #***, regards to *** ***, and her complaint. As the new management of the property, as of 9/30/2015, United Apartment Group takes our clients satisfaction very seriously. We reached out to the
previous ownership and Management Company and discovered that the check #*** was in fact mailed to Ms*** and cleared their bank on 10/2/2015. We hope that the situation Ms*** had with any previous management was resolved to her satisfaction; however, we humbly request this claim be canceled as we have found it to meet her request as listed in her complaint with the Revdex.com.
