***'s payment would have gone up $per month. There were very few vehicles that the bank would have approved a loan on because of his negative equity. *** says that he is certified at *** for oil changesIf this is the case then we have to believe that he would have known when the vehicle was having problems not to be driving it to the point that a rod blew through the motor and oil pan. The vehicle was abused by ***. In November 2017, *** had planned on abandoning the vehicle at the service shop and walking away. Only now that the bank is calling him about their money is he blaming Stan's Auto Sales for his vehicle's issues. We found him a used motor with 90K miles on it for $1,600. It will cost $700-$to install. If *** can prove that he is up-to-date on his bank payments for the vehicle in question, we will contribute $toward its repair. We are offering this as an act of kindness, not because we believe that this situation is in any way Stan's Auto Sale's fault. We will not take responsibility for someone else's actions after they have purchased a car from us and abused it to its extreme
