Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/02/03) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Vice Pres Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @aol.com In regards to Mr [redacted] 's complaint,he did come into our office on Janto schedule the replacement on his water service line for the work to be started on Tuesday Janand completed on Wednesday JanHe knew on the 14th, that the work would take days to completeWe never pull a permit the day before we do a job, it is always done the day of the work to be startedWith the Holiday that was on Monday Jan.19,when we went to pull the permit on Tuesday Jan 20, they were busy and it took longer to get the permit than accpectedOur office called the [redacted] , to notify them that we would be a little late getting to there houseMr [redacted] , came into the office while my secratary was alone, and called her a liarThe service man arrived around noon on Jan 20, to start the workThe line was dug up and replaced that same dayThe next day on the 21st, an inspector from the County Building Dept,(where we pulled the permit) came out and accessed the work doneHe said it was done properly and was up to codeAfter we received the information we went back out on the 21st, to do a few minor things and start burrying the line backThe line did not get finished buried that dayWe went back on Thursday Jan and complete the workMr [redacted] paid for the completed workOn Friday Jan 30, Mr [redacted] called our office and said he had no water to his backyardWe sent a service man out at 10:that morning, who said that we had made a mistake while doing the replacement on the water line and accidentaly cut off one of his sprinlersWe admitted fault and told Mrs [redacted] that we would be back on Wednesday Feb to fix our mistakeThey were fine with this dateThen on Mon Feb 2, Mr [redacted] came to our office once againMy Secrataries were alone and uncomforatable being alone with him, because he has been so irrational, the locked the doorHe left and called and harrassed themThey informed him, that we would fix the mistake done to his sprinkler line on Wed Feb 4, that his wife already agreed toI am sorry Mr [redacted] feels the way he doesOur intentions are not for him to be upset, we are doing what we can to get it resolved
