I'd like to comment on the experience we had at Jeffrey Kia on 7/2/18, We had a leased Kia Optima which was dangerously close to going over the mileage we were allowed We also had credit issues to overcome The entire staff worked some behind-the-scenes magic, and hours later, we drove home in a Kia Sorento suv which we were able to purchase I can't say enough good things about this dealership and its staff

I had purchased other Sentras from Jeffrey with Chuck Snyder and I walked out feeling we both had a good deal since This time, on the quote (proposal), 8/7/2018, Nick Leonardi told me after checking out my Sentra that they would give me $7,as a trade in I asked him at least twice would Jeffrey really give me $7,for my car and he said Yes, that it was a very nice car, and that it was all about making the customer happy So on quote 8/7/2018, trade in line shows $7, Then when I come in 8/8/to finalize, I notice #s different on the Purchase Agreement Nick said they had to change the #s to fit what my cashier's check was for I told him that was not right, but he was putting papers in front of me to sign and I just figured I could figure it out when I got home Well, I did figure the trade in part about Jeffrey took a manufacturer's rebate of $1,off of the price they were giving me for my car leaving that they were really only giving me $5,(trade in) That is not what was agreed upon and Nick never once told me there was a manufacturer's rebate Then the sales taxes were different along with the vehicle selling price After unanswered telephone calls to Nick and to the supervisor (Andre), Andre called me back and did explain they had to change those #s because I guess the state allows $4,to be subtracted from the taxable price for a trade in So that was explained, but I know I was very tuned into the conversation on my trade in # amount as I could sell my car myself and at least get $7, My car was in excellent condition and only had approx 33,miles on it So I feel cheated out of the manufacturers rebate That was suppose to come to me, not be rolled in with the price they were saying they were going to give me for my trade in Thought I would let people know to watch for this practice
