On June 22, we towed in Mr [redacted] 's Lincoln Towncar for repairsHis car was checked out and determined his car need an alternatorHis alternator was replaced along with spark plugsThe alternator cost $and spark plugs $He was charged hours labor totaling $and $to tow his car into our shop plus sales tax On Friday, June 26th he picked up his car and paid for the charges owedHis car unfortunately broke down again and he called us and we towed the car back in Friday eveningOn Saturday morning we looked at his car again and determined the first alternator sent to us from Auto Zone was defectiveOur mechanic requested from Auto Zone a new alternator be sent to us and it was installedOur mechanic tested the alternator and it was charging correctly so it was determined that alternator was working properlyOur mechanic also informed Mr [redacted] that his blower motor was bad and would need replaced upon further diagnostic of the carMr [redacted] now claims it is our fault the blower motor went bad, when in fact replacing the alternator in the car had nothing to do with the blower motor Mr [redacted] 's car was fixed on Saturday morning at no additional chargeIt was unfortunate the wrong alternator was sent but again we corrected the problem On Sunday (the following day) he called again and said his car would not startWe offered to send a tow truck out to jump start his carBefore we could dispatch out the truck he called back and told us his battery cable was loose and did not need our service We do not feel that Mr [redacted] is owed the money back for the services we performedWe feel we corrected the problem quickly and apologize for any inconvenience he experienced at no additional chargeAs far as his car still having problems we are unaware of these issues

Stans towing did not inform me that my blower motors where bad, I discovered they were bad the day I got my car back from StansAs I told Stans, my blower motors were working befor my town car got into there hands, and now they are not workingI pay too much money and work too hard for every dime I put in my car, and to be toyed with? My car has not been the same since I took it to StansThat's not right, they asked me how were they working if my car was dead? My car wasn't dead when I had my car towed and I always run My a/c that's the first thing I did when I first started it! The reason I had it towed was because I was at workI am not a satisfied customers and therefore I'm taking every legal action necessary until this is resolved so right now as we speak My car is back in the shopNot,Stans! I'm going to have them fix what Stans messed upI should not have to go through this I paid them too much money for there lack of performance!!

As we stated in our original response to this claim, we are not taking responsibility for the blower motor in the Lincoln TowncarWe did take responsibility for the original alternator and corrected that problemWe stand behind our original decision and consider this matter closed
