Horrific problems associated with the homes he and his son have built. Do not respond to a person nor their list of problem areas. When they want their money they sure are calling you day and night but try as I stated to reach them is virtually impossible. Once they know you are calling and see your number or know you are on the line you get disconnected for some odd reason. I guess they are to busy enjoying their luxury home on the beach while fishing. I guarantee they have no problems with that home! Hey

the main drainage pipe for street water is coming out of the ground. and water is not draining properly state say its there reasonability.me and my wife bought a house from stencil builders 2 years ago when I first got stationed in n.c.. new construction not a problem at all with the pipe I left for deployment last 10jun2013 came back 14feb2014 to my wife showing me the main drainage pipe for street water is coming out of ground in my yard called the state out to look at it they said it is stancil builders responsibility they didn't pack the dirt right so now it is starting to come out of the ground is what the state engineer said so I called [redacted] to come to a look at it today 10mar2014 at 130o he got out of his truck I showed were the pipe is warping and coming out of ground and water not draining and said the state said it was his responsibility he said just put some dirt on top of it I said that is not the right answer he got in my face saying he has been doing this long then I was born an physical altercation was almost started I told him to get off my property your being disrespectful and thankful you helping your military. and he left with out saying he would fix it or anythingDesired Settlementfor the pipe to be fixed properly Business Response Stancil Buiilders has no responsibility in this matter. It is clearly stated on the recorded map for [redacted] Subdivision, [redacted] County Map Numner XXXX-X-X, "NOTE: All Drainage easements shall be dedicated as public and it shall be the responsibility of the property owners to maintain the drainage easements and any drainage structures therein. So as to maintain the integrity of the drainage system and insure positive drainage". In good faith we inspected the pipe for Mr. [redacted] upon his request and the pipe is doing what its intent was designed to do. There was no excessive standing water at the entrance of the pipe, even though we have had abnormal amounts of rain fall. It is of our opinion at Stancil Builders this is not a warrantable issue, but rather a maintenance issue. Again, we would reference the map, recorded for public record as to who is the responsible party in this matter. Consumer Response There I stand in water in front of the pipe which has allege growing in it.
