Review: I spoke to [redacted], the company rep, before buying a condo. I ordered a new hvac system, but told him the order might not go through because we were not sure about coverage by the warranty company on the property. He asked for a check for $400, which he said he would not cash until he heard from me that we would be going through with the sale. I called to tell him that we would not buy the system, and asked for a refund, because he'd already cashed the check without my consent. I've called numerous times and gotten no response. I even emailed him on [redacted]. This company owes me a refund of $400 for system we did not get.Desired Settlement: I want my $400 back.

Review: Stanco Climate has not provided necessary documents needed for me to get permit for my A/C Unit which was installed about 3 years ago. I have called them multiple times to inform them that I never got my inspection done on the A/C unit. They said they will locate my records and call me back, however, I do not get any response from them.Desired Settlement: I need to get my A/C unit to pass the inspection which Stanco is supposed to provide documents.

Review: Had "Stanco Climate Controll" install a new 2 stage "Carrier" 4 ton A/C system in our home to replace the unit damaged by Hurricane Sandy. The unit was partially installed after some delay in July 2013, however the new "Carrier" LCD thermostat needed for this unit was not. I was told it required an additional module to control the heating system, and they would come back as soon as it came in. After numerous calls for the past (2) years, this thermostat still has not been installed or delivered as contracted and paid for. The unit presently operates, but not as intended by manufacture.Desired Settlement: I request the company finish the job in a professional manner as contracted.

Review: Stanco installed a new Carrie air condition in my house and gave me a warranty for 2 years free for everything and 3 years for service, Ist year my new air condition not not working and got them to fix it, 2nd year air condition not cold

enough and I called them many times even asked Carrie rep to help me to make a call for the service, finally the came.

Last year, same problem came, and I called and called and no one called back and I tried to get by. This year got worse, thy did not call me back after I called 5 weeks ago even with the help of Carrie rep again, still no reply call from them. I decided to use other contractor to find out why and they told me I needed to get a complete leaking diag. and had to pay more than $800 and suggested me to call the original installer because my air condition is only 4 years old. Last week I called the field manager and he told me would come a week later in the morning and

promised to call and give me the price. As I expected, no one coming and of course no phone call. I called to the

office and still the same answer , some one will get back for me and call. I waited for their phone call for 2 years.

I still have a valid contract for service. What should I do? I had checked Revdex.com rating before I used them and still

made a big mistake. Can u help me to call them and give Stanco a bad rating . Hope no one will fall into this bad

trap agin.Desired Settlement: Hope they call me and send a man to repair it asap with no charge because they gave me a lemon product and service

for a new air condition.
