This letter is in response to the complaint filed on 3/16/After inspecting thesituation and interviewing employees it has been determined that the TV inquestion left the pawnshop location in full working orderWe took statements from*** *** & *** *** who were involved in
dealing with the customer.According to Mr *** the customer became loud and belligerent in the store aboutthe TV once she returned and was not awarded a refund for the then damaged TV.Employee Mr ***, in his statement, stated that there was NO damage done to theTV when it was carefully placed in the vehicle by both he and the customerTheemployees determined that the damage to the TV must have been in the transportand/or removal of the TV at the customers destination.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: First of all I was not loud and beligerant andI do not appreciate the lie. Secondly they have cameras and you can clearly see the struggle the guys were having trying to get my doors closed plus I had my mother sitting there with me as all of this was going on. I originally called the pawnshop back and they told me to bring it back.
