BLT installed our sun room I was very impressed with the quality of the product, the speed of installation, and quality of workmanship during the installation The office people were very good and very professional The installers were very professional and they picked up all the debris and packing material I would certainly recommend them Earlier, we had BLT manufacture a special storm window (feet by feet) to cover a precious stained glass window - again a very quality product

My wife and I were excited about the idea of screening in our back patio to enjoy the start of the warmer weather We debated on installing a screen porch kit ourselves but we had never done one before and also didn't want to make an eye sore by doing it incorrectly or with issues Wanting to get the best price we started shopping around to try and find the best deal The first company we had come out was pretty high to the point that we felt we could do it ourselves for much cheaper The second company that came out was very low on price, but gave us the impression that it was low cost for a reason Thankfully we had a third company come out which was BLT Without having to haggle on price BLT's quote was spot on to the two other companies from the start with no bs up front The other two companies made us negotiate the price at least times to get it down to what BLT's first quote was which made us feel like they knew they had a solid product and team, but also knew customers don't like the run around We ended up going with BLT They came out and measured the area, answered all of our concerns and questions, and also had a lot of insight on what might work better for our space We also needed to take into consideration a dog door for our small Havanese We were put in the books for installation and they came out on the date they claimed they would They do not require you to be at home to do the work which also helped us out After returning home hoping for the best we were not let down BLT is truly a 5/company For most installs they let you pay in full after the job is complete which is also a nice sense of confidence in their product and abilities to make the customer happy Bottom line they are on time, do a 5/job, and are very reasonably priced After pricing out all of the pieces and parts to install our screen porch ourselves we realized that BLT was just a few hundred dollars more to have it professionally installed They also install only high quality parts which blew away anything we could find at the local big box stores They have greatly enhanced the appearance of our back patio and have literally added another room in our home that we can now enjoy all summer long
