Splash and Dash operation
Make themselves look pro by way of creative internet advertising via FacebookCharming, all talk and empty promisesOnce you are booked, they will rush through your job and if there are issues, they are too busy doing other jobs and you will not be a priority any longer
No company names on trucks
Will book a big job over a week but then rush through, be "done" in days and demand full payment before completeWill guilt you that they need to "pay their employees"Reluctant to do a customer satisfaction walk around/inspection before demanding payment
Observed cutting corners while I was at work on the exterior paint job (ie; no pressure wash, no power sanding, filler, caulking used, even though in contract)Neighbours observed them throughout and there were a lot of inconsistencies such as rushing, not prepping scraped (they never sanded) area properly
Scratched the brand new stairs and railings with ladders, damaged the eavestroughs, went into my garage and used our ladders and brooms, as they did not bring any of their own for cleanup
Splashed paint on my stairs, new screen door, sloppily painted around house numbers, doorbells, over nails and screws instead of removing as promised
Did not prime, fill or caulk all bare woodJust slapped a thick layer of paint over areas needing sanding and filling
Colour and sheen of paint not matched and applied before approval

Stand Tall was the contractor of choice for our total home renovationWe were very impressed by the companyThe renovation went smoothly, adhering to the budget and timelineThe quality of work, including work done by the subcontractors, was excellent and our home looks amazing!
Jason and Kevin were extremely personable and very patientThey were very responsive to our questions and provided valuable suggestions when neededTheir staff and subcontractors worked very well together and were always friendly and politeEveryone took great pride in their job and we always felt we were in good hands!
We highly recommend Stand Tall and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future renovations

Standtall Painting completed our basement renovation during the fall of Jason was our primary contactHe was easy to connect with and always returned a phone callWhat we appreciated most was his site visits to ensure the quality of work being doneOur basement was transformed from a dark, outdated space, to a bright, better functioning living areaThe plumber, tile installer, electrician and drywall installers gave us peace of mindAll contractors spoke openly about their work, and insisted that it was done rightIf they encountered a snag, it was communicated to Jason and everyone worked together to complete the job correctlyStandtall worked within our budgetThere were no surprises on the final billDue to unforeseen circumstances, the project took longer than the estimated timelineWe are very happy with the final result
