Please be advised that Mr [redacted] did purchase a Chrysler Pacifica on or about the 9th of September, from my businessSaid vehicle was purchased "AS IS" and had 122, miles on it at the time of purchaseIt is true that the vehicle in question had a 'check engine" light on at the time of purchase and my company did in fact agree to fix the check engine issue that was affecting said vehicle at the time of purchase (I have the dually signed "Buyers Guide".) My company complied with its promise and repaired the initial issue with said vehicle on September 11, It is important to note that we did repair the issue not 'reset the code." If we only reset the code as Mr [redacted] is stating, the check engine light would have beckoned right awayHowever, it took three (3) additional days after the repair for the light to indicate an errorWhen Mr [redacted] presented to my business regarding the second check engine light, Mr [redacted] was informed that we would repair the vehicle, but since our diagnostics machine indicated that the car had a separate issue from the first, Mr [redacted] would in fact be responsible to pay a deductibleWe informed Mr [redacted] that he was responsible for the deductible and was made aware of it at the time of purchase (via signed "Buyers Guide.) However, Mr [redacted] refused to pay and therefore, said vehicle was not repairedI find it important to note that said vehicle is still operable and Mr [redacted] has not been without transportation due to the check engine light illuminatingShould you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact meSincerely,Brandy R [redacted]

The customer [redacted], did purchase a vehicle on 09/09/17. The reference to the supposed "bribe" is false and inaccurate. light is on again. Our service technicians scanned the vehicle with our computer diagnostic machines and concluded that the light is on for a separate issue, unrelated to the original sensor that we agreed to replace, of which we did. That is a lie, they did not contact me at all; I had to contact them all the time. They said they would fix it but they didn't. They did bribe me to give them a good review for a free oil change. All they are doing is giving me the run around. Now they are saying they aren't going to fix it but they told me to drive it and see how the check engine light came on and write it down to know what's happening at the time. That what there mechanic told me to do and see if the problem can be detect it later down the road and then they would try and see if they can find the problem and fix it.
