According to our records [redacted] ordered a Liner and Pad for a Moses Basket on 11/25/15.  When she requested an authorization to return she was directed to our website -http://www.badgerbasket.com/help/returns.php - to follow our return policy, which she did. Usually when we have...

returns they are gone through by the factory and then the paperwork is brought to the front office and a credit is issued.  Unfortunately during our busy time (Christmas – we sell doll furniture) returns aren’t processed and credits aren’t issued as they normally are during the rest of the year because of the high amount of orders we process during the month of December.  Our records show that the Moses Pad came back and was returned to stock in December.  I’m not sure if the Liner came back or not because it wasn’t included on the description of what the return was.  The employee that processed the return is a part time employee that usually doesn’t process returns and she didn’t remember if both came back or not.  A full credit minus the 10% restocking fee was issued for both the Liner and the Pad on 01/09/16.  The same card that was used for the purchase was credited $27.89. November, December and January are extremely busy months at Badger Basket Company due to the volume of orders, phone calls and part requests for damaged shipments.  Also, unfortunately, [redacted] was emailing our Contact us E-Mail which was recently vacated and was being monitored when time allotted.  I apologize for the delay in processing the return. A copy of the original invoice and the credit are attached for your reference. I hope this explains the delay.  If you have any further questions let me know.  Thank you, [redacted]Badger Basket Company406 W Maple StreetEdgar WI  54426715-352-2311 x 300715-352-3163 fax[redacted]

Review: I have purchased a product from Badger Basket and then returned it, with their authorization. The return was delivered to them on 12/8/15 and to this date I have not received a refund. I have followed up with the business numerous times and have received no response.Desired Settlement: Want to receive a refund for the product I have returned.
