Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute May 21, [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] US LLOYDS INSURANCE COMPANY’s claim that I did not disclose my complete history is complete and absolute lie, I have given them not only my complete information, but my Social Security number, Date of Birth, Driver Licenses Number, my full name, and full Address, I have disclosed all my vehicles in which to be insured, and I specifically told the agents who took my information and asked me if I had any prior claims, ticket or accidents, I replied “Yes sir I did, but I do not remember every single one of them for the past years”He replied that it is Okay, “We would be able to know everything about you from a special data baseAnd based on your history record, we would be able to issue the policy, and they did just that, they entered all my information into their computer, waited for minutes for the reply to insure me, we both signed the contract, and told me not to worry about anything You are insured as of that day I challenge you, and challenge any one, that every insurance company in the USA, before they sign a contract or issue an insurance policy, they would go through a special database, where they pull every and each single record of every driver in the united states of America’s complete drivers licenses history and based on that information, only then, they would issue their insurance’s policy and have it signed by both parties Immediately after Standard insurance cancelled my insurance policy, I called and applied to another insurance company, who they immediately pulled my records and gave me an insurance policy based on my history, no lies, no gimmicks, because they know exactly what is my driver’s record, and so did Standard insuranceWhere we both signed the contract It is not a fair practice for standard insurance to insure me for weeks, only to cancel my premium insurance policy, take my money and then decide not to insure me againAll I ask from Standard insurance company is to refund my full payment, so that I could use the money for my initial payment to my current insurance policy whom I am insured with right now Thank you [redacted] Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Standard Insurance Agency[redacted]August 3, 2017VIA FACSIMILE [redacted]Revdex.comAttn: [redacted]Re: Subject: [redacted]ID: [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted]:Thank you...

for the opportunity to respond to the above-referenced inquiry submitted by Mr. [redacted].Our records indicate that Mr. [redacted] contacted us on May 31, 2017 in regards to an automobile insurance quote. During the phone calls, Mr. [redacted] was asked questions which help qualify insurance risks for the different automobile insurance programs we represent. One of these questions references whether there has ever been a charge or conviction of a misdemeanor or felony, and this is the question for which Mr. [redacted] has filed his complaint. As Mr. [redacted] was informed during the calls, the different insurance programs we represent, which offer the coverage MR. [redacted] had inquired about, all have different methods of determining insurance risk and different criteria they analyze to determine eligibility of coverage. All individual insurance programs have defined a set of criteria in which they deem important in determining risk, and not all insurance programs use the same criteria as others. We did offer to quote Mr. [redacted] through a program which does not take into account charges or convictions of misdemeanors and felonies, but Mr. [redacted] declined this quote as it would not satisfy his needs. We regret we were unable to assist Mr. [redacted] with his insurance needs, but do hope he acquired the coverage he was seeking.Thank you again for the opportunity to respond to the submission.Sincerely,[redacted]General CounselCc: [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.Every insurance company, has access to all drivers in the U.S.A. .  before any insurance issue a policy, they check your record, from traffic violation to all claims made by the driver, and then based on that information, they signed a contract and abide by the law to honor that contract, I have disclosed all my information, social security Date of Birth, Driver License Number, and all my vehicle, all this information is available in their data base with complete history of my driving records.. if you log on to any Insurance web site, fill out the application, check you records out, and then issue a policy based on the information. It is not a fair practice to insure me for less than 3 weeks, and then decide that I am not eligible, cancel my insurance. and take all my down payment.. I could be using this down payment with another insurance company to issue an insurance policy..  They had the option from the beginning to not insure me, but they did any way knowing my complete history.I am insured now with a Nationwide insurance who based on the information gave me a policy and it is not cancelled, yes it is expensive because it geared for me.  I challenge you that every insurance company before they issue a policy and signed it by both parties, they make sure they ive you the correct premium which standard insurance failed to do soI am not happy, and want my full refund back
