oem number [redacted]Desired Settlement: bought new egr 2 years ago. won't pass emmissions again. ordered new part, defective in box. next 4 parts all defective in box. Why can't you bax working parts?

Review: I have had 2 Hayden automotive(a SMP brand) #[redacted]power steering cooler failures. First one failed in 1.5 years, ruined belt caused alot of labor and some expense to repair. Second part failed in the same area in 1 hour from installation. Ruined another belt, caused total pump failure this time and truck break down. Have tried to call, left msg no answer, no response from face book either. Thought I would try this before calling an attorney. Parts come with a 5 year warranty, have receipts.Desired Settlement: reimburse for parts, 2 belts, one pump, 4 quarts of power steering fluid, both failed coolers, shop supplies and labor for both repairs.
