I spoke with
Ms*** on June 18th about her complaintI told her I would investigate and get back to herI called her on June 19th to let her know we WOULD be giving her a refund of $
Addressing her complaints -
We do not have overnight parkingShe assumed, evening rates meant overnight and took upon herself to park without asking questionsWe have our phone # on all signs; she never called and questioned a garage staff member
Ms***'s complaint was that she was told that she had until 5:am to park before being charged another dayShe admitted that she did not ask the garage staff and she asked someone in the lobbyThe head of security said they were not allowed to answer questions about parking so wasn't sure about her claim that someone told her 5:amIt has been 4:am for years
To make sure there is not another misunderstanding, we have placed new signs (picture attached) that say "No overnight parking" and "New day starts at 4:am"
Our signs are not misleading and she did not get the correct information from the only source allowed to give that information, which is the garage staff
Again, we have refunded Ms***'s $for parking and have new signs placed in the garageIssue is resolved
