technician came to the residence twice and both times the unit did not show any sign of a problem and was working. After receiving another service call, we sent a technician at no charge. At that point, the technician diagnosed a refrigerant leak on the system. We provided Sasha L[redacted] a quote, contrary to what [redacted] wrote, for the repairs. She approved the pricing via email. I forwarded the email approval to [redacted] per his request weeks ago. The leak was repaired and the technician noted on his work ticket at the time that the control board, not the thermostat as stated by [redacted], was acting erratically. After Ms. L[redacted] ca lled again to say she was still having issues with the unit, we sent a technician at no cost to check the unit again. We diagnosed a defective control board and our company provided a price to Ms. L[redacted] for the control board, at cost, which she approved. We explained that the two repairs, while unfortunate, were both necessary. It is completely false that we did not provide pricing and this can be verified via email chains. Our company has been in business for over 75 years and we pride ourselves on making our customers happy. [redacted] was not our customer and was not involved until the repairs were completed. He has made false accusations that our company did not provide estimates for repairs which we most certainly did.
