This was recently brought to our attention. Our response to this complaint is, not all situations are hazardously sound and safe for our crew to work in. We are working with the customer to fix the situation so our crew can safely access the areas needed for repair or replacement.
I also recently noticed after visiting the site, the room where the equipment is located (IDF) is in the same room as the maintenance. When the customer and I went to look at this area we noticed that one of the plugs to a main part of the system was manually unplugged. Since this is an accessible location we will be adding a lock box to prevent anyone from having access without a key.
Standard Technology Group is the company that everyone calls for security camera system protection and other technologies. All service agreements last for a period of one year unless otherwise specified. We sell, install, design, fix, ship, and support. After recently being inundated with calls and emails (which we love but aren’t staffed to handle the workload) I've decided at this point for customer service satisfaction reasons, we will not be accepting any new clients for the next 3 weeks. Once we have all projects caught up and all of our customers are smiling again we will then resume business as usual. In the meantime we will be working to obtain the wherewithal to recruit the dream team that all of our awesome customers deserve. When a security system goes down it can be costly. We know that and strongly believe that your security is one of the most important aspects of business and life in general. We value that. We are also working to regain the ability to offer 48 hour system recovery. When our customer decides to purchase extra protection that’s what they get. We feel strong about our company and about our customer livelihood and will do whatever it takes to provide 100% satisfaction. Thank you from STG Team
