So she sends me this necklace back to my store and she wants me to take to my Jewelry to drill out holes in the piece to make it smoothI was told that the piece is not snagging the necklace and would be costly to drill out holes on a handmade piece of jewelry! I then called customer and offer to replace chain that was the best I could do and she flipped out stated that she wanted her money back!I never laugh at the customer However I was amazed on everything I did for her that she now has put a business thru this! 1.replaced necklace within days2.Took necklace months later to have looked at.3.offer to replace chain or fix old one and she refused.Sorry I con not help this customerLinda T
