Review: Signed contract was paid in full December 20, 2013. Commitment was made by contractor to have work completed when I returned from Christmas vacation with family. Work was not complete as promised. It took contractor until mid-January to get fence 99% complete. Some minor outstanding items remained, but winter had set in, which made job unworkable. Contractor said he would be in touch in spring to finish the job. It is now July 2014 and work is still not complete. I have contacted contractor countless times to schedule work and have received vague responses at best. At this point, excuses are unacceptable. Bottom line, the contract has been paid in full and it has been 7+ months.Desired Settlement: Finish the contract. Or refund me in the amount of $100 for materials, labor, etc. that were not performed.
