I am Writing to The Revdex.com with the hope of getting my money back and Justice to be done it all started 2nd week of nov ,when I saw the advertisement of Thefurniturebrothers in craig's list their advert was they carry ashley furniture with great discounted price to make sure I went to ashley furniture in bolingbrook il to compare the product ,price ,quality I was shocked to see the difference so called the furniture brothers was spoken by Tom (thomas ) Stanil he is the owner and twin brother I asked and explained him why I am buying kids beds as its their christmas present though I am unemployed now Tom explained why prices are less as their are distributors he asked me to check their website and give him the product details he will give me better price as their are liquidating most of the stock further he stated if I pay cash I get better deal and I don't have to pay sales tax I was like what ? so I said can thy do the delivery and take payment at same time for which Tom refus

They operate under alternate name the furniture brothersThis needs to be clarified firstI purchased a couch costing 630$(on 01/12/2017) from this place and they all seemed nice about everything, promised delivery the next dayI waited and they didnt turn up except I received a vague message being the delivery will be delayedGave them the benefit of doubt and waited for next delivery date as it is usual that business might run into logistics issueThat's the mistake I didFrom thereon one of the brothers whom I had been in touch would never respond properly and gave promises about the delivery every time I turn up in their shady warehouseThey even worked indoors and locked them outside, would only open if they receive a call from a number that they haven't seen before, like a new customerThis went for weeks and when I pressed for my delivery, there came the truthTheir accounts have been audited by IRS and account frozenOne of the brothers texted the exact same m

There was no shouting on my end, further proving my point that these brothers are liarsThe only ones shouting were them when I asked a perfectly reasonable question about taking parts from the incomplete stand to replace a part that was broken in the one they allegedly orderedThey also did not call to give us any notification about the status of our order, we had to call to check in on it, only to find out it was broken and they wouldn't be following through with their end of the deal/commitmentSo this business A) Did not provide the product as promisedB) Berated a customer for asking a question when their story didn't make any kind of logical senseAnd C) Never offered a better product but shouted "Do you want your money back or not?" at myselfWe had a gut feeling that the order would never be placed and that they wouldn't follow through when they offered to order it without us paying, like they were trying to get us out of thereIt seems uncharacteristic of any business to order something for a customer and offer to let them pay laterAnd our gut feeling was validatedCan they prove that actually ordered that one? That it actually arrived even? Because I get the feeling that they never ordered it because they didn't want to incur the costs of following through as they promised, for instance taking a hit because they offered free deliveryI think the lack of detail in their response is indicative of the lack of substance to it
