We are denying any damage done to Ms [redacted] 's [redacted] Focus as a result of our towing the vehicle on March 26, 2018.The [redacted] Focus is a front-wheel drive vehicle as indicated on ***'s Towing & Service Manual attached hereto for reference As noted on the attached photos, the vehicle was improperly parked front-end in, meaning our tow operator needed to pick up the vehicle from the rear Therefore, as the truck dispatched to this call was a wrecker and not a flatbed, the vehicle required dollies placed under the front wheels to properly transport it as indicated also on the attached page from ***'s towing manual Because we had no access to the interior of the vehicle to place it in neutral, if our driver had not used dollies and we had towed it from the rear without placing dollies under the front wheels, the [redacted] Focus would have been dragged the miles to our yard resulting in severe transmission and tire damage in addition to the complained front end scraping We cannot explain nor substantiate the registered owner's claim of an alleged oil leak as our operator did nothing to the undercarriage to cause such.The only area on which we can agree with in the registered owner's complaint is the fact that Ms [redacted] did in in fact park her [redacted] Focus in a clearly marked no parking zone, thereby interfering with the entering to and exiting from of residents and visitors from the apartment complex Therefore, the blame that "If he hasn't come back to get my car this would of not happen" is clearly misplaced.As always, we thank the Revdex.com for assisting in maintaining the integrity and honesty of businesses providing services to the public If you should have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.Sincerely, [redacted] STANISLAUS TOWING SERVICES
