They did quite a few things wrong and then promised to come back and fix/finish the job and that was two years ago. I would not recommend this company.

Review: 0n 2-8-06 Stankiewicz & Sons was contracted to remove 3rd floor roof, check lumber and apply 30lb new edging rubberroid roof and seal and remove all trash with a 12 year warranty or guarantee. On or about 10-28-12, my 3rd floor roof starting leaking in 3 different spots, I called Stankiewicz & Sons and explain to them about the problems I was having. I was told that the were very busy and that they would get back to me, they never did..I have called several different time and thet would promise to send some one out but no one would ever show up. On 10-27-13 I one again called Stankiewicz & Sons and spoke to [redacted] and once again explain him the problems of the roof and he said that someone with out on 10-28-13 at 1:00pm, again noone show up or called.

Now it is a year later and once the raining seasoning is coming around, and i'm afarid that my roof might hold up this time around with out even more damage. Also the smoke stack, seems like bricks or mortar was was damaged and not repaired, because me and my neighbor share, on her side the smoke stack is instack and on my side it's broken and damaged, but there is no bricks or mortar in my yard or hers, which means, that they removed all the trash.Desired Settlement: to have Stankiewicz & Sons repair ao replace roof so that it stops leaking and rebrick snd morta smoke stack.
