traded for a larger vehicle that he is happy with and there is no way to transfer products from your exsisting vehicle to another purchase that you make.The customer would have to purchase new products for the new vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: We did not want to trade in the vehicle I originally bought, they could not fix that Lemon and kept insisting I keep it and later take action through the Lemon law. They wanted GM to take responsibility for their inability to repair said vehicle. There is no record of all the attempted repairs because they did not order parts they were in fact removing parts off of other new truck and placing then on my truck. This impeded my ability to take action thru the Texas Lemon Law. The fact of me getting a larger truck is because that is all they were willing to do. They were supposed to buy back the original truck, then sell us the new truck which had a lesser sticker price and lesser market value than the original truck. They told us this truck was equipped with an Allison Transmission and a much bigger Engine than the first trucks they showed us. False info. and deceitful sale practices. They never stated we were trading in first truck. The truck was useless and not safe to drive as was stated by their lead mechanic. We were never told they cancelled all extended warranties and insurance protection. In fact we were told by [redacted] the person preparing the documents that the insurance is good to have because if I ever get disabled the truck payment would be covered and said nothing changed other that a slight increase on monthly payments. We were rushed thru the process because it was late in the evening. The sales person was upset and stated the truck I traded in was no good and they had to tow it in. I told them the truck had problem but it still ran they received $2700.00 at auction for it. That's more than we received for its trade in.
