Bordering on advertisement, this business advertised heavily about "Credit amnesty/bring home $350/week" Credit amnesty, in the strictest sense, is a misnomer This ruse is as old as the hills yet they lure those who have/may have poor credit into their dealership (I bring home over $4600.00/net) Adding to their lure, they state that "no money down but cents", to make the ruse appear even more attractive Again, this borders on advertisement, hope and very, very poor customer service
We have been delayed 6 months moving back into our house due to constantly changing delivery dates and poor quality workmanship on cabinets. Our house caught fire 9/16/2017. Heritage was recommended through our contractor, [redacted] . It took two months to finalize the cad drawings with [redacted] from Heritage, mid April 2017 thru 6/18/2017 but we finally approved them on June 18th. We were told at the time they would be done in 3 to 4 weeks. They were not. When then had this happen again 2 more times. Finally when they were due to be delivered and installed on August 22 only 20% were done. The rest trickled in over the next few weeks but the quality kept getting wore and worse. I finally told [redacted] told pick them all up and we would go elsewhere. Cleanrite convinced me to give [redacted] a shot of making them right,,,,, it's now 3 months later and we are still waiting. I have a text from [redacted] saying "everything" would be ready and delivered LAST WEEK. That didn't happen! So then we were told
