that her experience at our business was less than her expectationWe stand by our company policy that the customer is always right and we mean it.By all means if a customer is not completely satisfied they don't payWe also replied to the review that was left on our *** page regarding this matter There was a miscommunication between the customer and our employee when she asked for a quote and was showed the screen She looked at the amount but not the total due for all the pieces which is showed on the left side of the screen It shows unpaid balance in red $ because she paidSee the attached picture for the explanationAnother concern that we have is the name of the customer is different in all three cases.The name that she gave at the time of dropping her cleaning is *** ***, the name in the letter that we received from Revdex.com is *** *** and the name on the *** review is ***Also the number that she gave at the time of dropping her clothes is *** which is different than the one on the letter.As I mentioned earlier I called her the next day on the number that is mentioned above and left her a voicemailIf you have any question you can contact me Sincerely, *** *** CEO OAKS CLEANERS ***

 I don't care to pursue anything, I have already blocked the purchase on my credit card.  She is lying, and all of her lies cannot be just swept under the carpet . She quoted me a price, then charged me double at the end of the day and would not back down and give the price quoted.  It has nothing to do with mistakes on what the price was and everything to do with bait and switch.   I could care less if you pursue it, but you should know you have someone using this practice in your city.   Showing people prices, then conveniently adding on lines when they come back and not giving their clothes back until they paid double.  Maybe going through the Revdex.com, [redacted], and my credit card company will teach her a lesson about doing that again to someone else.  Maybe not.  Glad I live in [redacted] and not [redacted]!!!
