StanleyHs called me offering their service of matching me to a first time home buyer mortgage loan if I paid the fee of $1,so I agreed to it but after I paid them they they didn't hold up to their end of it allIt was then that I called and asked for a refund and one of the representatives who's name is [redacted] immediately started cursing me out and threating meSo I called his boss and explained to him what happened his name is J [redacted] and he was being very rude and said they do not give refunds and hung upAfter a couple days went by I tried calling emailing and text message but I haven't been able to reach themAll I want is my money back

I paid this company $for services to repair my creditThey did not succeedTried to contact them to request my money refunded and they blocked me at all email correspondance and phone

I went thru them to get a home loan and I had poor credit, the only reason for the stars is they told me it was going to be days , but it was like days before I closedHonestly, they are amazingThank you for your service
