To Whom It May Concern:Thank you for your recent letterI am the owner of Stanley Plumbing and am a licensed plumbing tradesmanI have enclosed my Virginia State current license to work as a Master PlumberOn February 9, I was engaged by [redacted] of [redacted] , Front Royal, Virginia to preform a sewer repairAfter conducting the initial clean out I estimate the additional costs to complete the job at $9,dollarsA copy of the signed invoice # [redacted] is attached for your reVleW,On February 10th I supplied invoice # [redacted] showing the receipt of [redacted] ***'s deposit of $2,and have enclosed a copy of the invoice signed by [redacted] ***On February 10, Ibegan work on the project by obtained a plumbing permit from the County of Warren to perform the workA copy of the permit and the acquisition documents are attached for your reviewOn that same date I engaged [redacted] to assist me with the excavationI paid them a deposit of $1,dollars as noted on the enclosed [redacted] invoiceI arranged my schedule to be able to start on the job, as it needed immediate attention.I later received a call from someone, who claimed to speak on behalf of [redacted] ***, who told me she did not want me to complete the projectThey indicated that they had completed the repair themselvesI informed the caller that I had already incurred expenses and would provide them with an invoice and partial refundI reviewing my time and expenses I prepared invoice # [redacted] explaining my expenses and providing a cashier check payable to [redacted] in the amount of $and sent it to her on February 13, by regular mailA copy of this invoice and cashier's check are attachedNeither [redacted] nor anyone on her behalf contacted me personally after receipt of my InVOICe.I was served with a Warrant and Debt from Warren County General District Court on the February 16, requesting repayment of the entire original depositI have been forced to engage an attorney to respond to the Warrant and Debt, I received a copy of your letter before I received the Warrant and Debt so I wanted to inform you of the status of this matterI made a good faith effort to try and resolve this matter with [redacted] and feel very strongly that I conducted myself in a professional mannerThis was a sewer repair that required prompt attention and l immediately spent my time and a portion of the deposit to secure the necessary services to complete the repair.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,Christian S [redacted]

Virginia to preform a sewer repair. After conducting the initial clean out I estimate the additional costs to complete the job at $9,500.00 dollars. A copy of the signed invoice #[redacted] is attached for your reVleW,On February 10th I supplied invoice #[redacted] showing the receipt of [redacted]'s deposit of $2,500.00 and have enclosed a copy of the invoice signed by [redacted]. On February 10, 2016 Ibegan work on the project by obtained a plumbing permit from the County of Warren to perform the work.
