business manager at the time, who had no authority to say that we would pay for it. The owner claims to have had her lawn landscaped to the tune of over $2,000.00 and has sent numerous copies of the "bill." The bill reads like an estimate, has no date on it, and is not signed by the landscaping company. Since then some board members have inspected the lawn and see no evidence of the landscaping mentioned on the bill. We live in an area where flood irrigation is practiced and saw no damage from the flooding. I addressed this on at least one occasion (via telephone) with the owner but to no satisfaction. The board feels like this should have been between her and her homeowner's insurance. There are two wells, a primary and a secondary well on two different properties in the Stanley-Pond, Inc. The owners are aware of this and the liability that it carries.
 
As for the collections, we have begun turning over any outstanding bills of $1,000.00 or more to a collections agency. I notified the person who is handling this as soon as I received payment. The collection efforts by the collection agency should be stopped by now.
