Review: I have called the company on six different occasions to follow up about how they can repay me for overcharging me, and they never return my phone calls. They sent the letter March [redacted], 2014 stating that they will refund me 190.53, but I can't get in contact with them to let them know how to proceed.Desired Settlement: They owe me $190.53
