Mr***'s vehicle was parked in violation of the City of Boston's parking lawsIt was ticketed by the Boston Transportation Department for street cleaning.It is the company policy of Stanley Service to take as many pictures of any vehicle,prior to towing to show any pre-existing damagesThis
was done before Mr***'s vehicle was towed. Mr*** picked up his vehicle later that same dayAfter paying the tow fee, he drove his vehicle off the lot.The next day we received a email from Mr*** claiming that his tire was flat due to the towHe said that when he took the tire to be repaired, the repair shop told him it had a large hole in it and could not be repairedThey also told him that this was probably due to the towingHe then sent us another email requesting payment for the tireHe also wanted us to send him the pictures we took of his vehicleThe pictures were sent to his email address.The pictures show all the tires were fineIf the tire had a hole as big as he is claiming, it would not have been possible for him to have driven the vehicle off the lot.It is our opinion that Mr *** got the flat after he left the lotWe cannot be responsible for his tire
