To whom it may concern:
Please be advised that we have received a copy of this consumer complaintWith respect to the substance of this complaint: We can only guess that there is or has been some sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication
as it is absolutely not true that our cleaning consists of only water
While we can clean with just hot pressurized water (upon request) our typical cleaning does include the use a specially formulated propriety cleaning solutionAdditionally the technicians do have specialized cleaning agents available to them for the treatment of stubborn spots and spills that they may come across
If the consumer is not happy with the cleaning she received we encourage her to call us at 1-800-STEEMERWe will gladly return to re-clean and re-deodorize any of the areas that she is not happy with at no charge
