Review: Stanley Steemer employees caused damage to the woodwork throughout my entire home while cleaning the carpets. I called them on 8/11/15 and spoke with a customer service representative to express my dissatisfaction with the services rendered and was informed that I would received a response from a manager within 24 hours. More than 24 hours has passed and no one from Stanley Steemer has responded to my complaint.Desired Settlement: Complete refund
