For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I reject this response because I was personally at my house for the second cleaning where *** was not at because he chose to go to another house and I made multiple attempts between me and his on site employees to see when he would be thereBy the time he was on his way, they were finishing up and his truck had broken downHe should not have told us he'd be at our house if he wasn't going to be at our houseHe also told me in mid November a check would be sent out, I also have text record on December 4th that he said a check was on it's way so in all honesty that check should've been here twice over by nowI also have *** saying in text "I always acknowledged there was an inconvenience factor for you all and that is why we agreed to refund 50% of your money." That's not an apologyI've gotten excuses and delays

Had carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer on 12/8/I must say I was very pleased with the results of extraction style cleaning of my carpetWorkman on time, polite and efficient

A refund request for half of the order was sent to the Stanley Steemer home office on 12/11/14 in the amount of $199.50.  Check requests typically take 7-10 business days for process. [redacted] was on site for the second cleaning and made sure that it was completed to not only industry...

standards but our customers expectations.  Customer was also given a new filter for her system along with the promise of a 50% refund.  The retail value for the specific filter is $30.  Stanley Steemer has apologized and admitted fault for the poor first experience and any inconvenience that we may have caused to our customer.   Stanley Steemer Indianapolis1-800-Steemer
