Stanley Steemer has always taken pride in having an innovative and exciting marketing campaign.  We work very hard to make sure every detail of our advertising is accurate and trustworthy.  Therefore is was surprising to receive this complaint in regards to our television advertisement....

 We are a locally owned franchise which has run our 2 rooms and a hallway commercial for several years.  Because we are a franchise we are able to choose our specials and other franchising have the same right.  We also understand that some television stations that are not in our service area overlap to our customer base.  Therefore if one of our nearby franchises is running a special which offers 3 rooms for $99.00 we would be happy to honor that advertised price upon confirmation.  Simply knowing the station that it was advertised on would give us the ability to confirm the special.  We look forward to hearing from our customer who appears to genuinely want to use our services.[redacted]VPStanley Steemer

I recently called Stanley Steemer to clean various areas of my house. I was very pleased with the results! My carpet, area rug, and vinyl looked so much better. The techs, [redacted], were friendly and courteous. They arrived in a timely manner and were professional and friendly the whole time they were here. I will absolutely use Stanley Steemer again and I will be sure to request [redacted].

Review: Just saw the television commercial advertising 3 room cleaning for $99. When I called my local store, was informed that there is no $99 3 room cleaning, it is $99 for 2 rooms and a hallway. Was also informed if I wanted to add a room it would be an additional $50. I feel this is false advertising.Desired Settlement: Would like to get the services that are advertised or they should stop airing the commercial as such.
