To whom this may concern, In response to the customers concern: We were surprised to see this complaint from our guest. We first learned she had a concern upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification.On 11/06/15, [redacted] spoke with Ms. [redacted] and agreed that her vehicle would be picked up from her...

office on 11/12/15 for us to replace the brake light switch with a genuine [redacted] switch and to recheck her battery and replace if needed.
