Review: On February 11, 2013 my wife ordered some balloons to be delivered to my home on Valentines Day. On the day of February 14th I stayed home all day to receive these balloons and no one showed up. My wife called in the early afternoon and she spoke to one of the mangers by the name of[redacted]. He told her that there was another Business that was in charge of the actual delivery. After 6pm I called the manager and requested the phone number to the business that was bringing the order. He fought with me for a while making it seem as though I had no right to ask for the number to the company known as [redacted] located in Richmond Hill, NY. Valentines Day had ended and I still had not received my balloons. At 9pm I spoke to a repersentive at [redacted] by the name of [redacted] after getting the run around I ask to speak to a supervisor she told me that no supervisor was available. After I pressed the issue about not receiving my balloons after [redacted] has a guaranteed delivery. She put me on hold and went to speak to a supervisor and denied me the right to speak to him. After 10pm and still no balloons I felt highly mistreated that no one could help me resolve this matter. On the following day [redacted] did bring me my order that evening free of charge and reached out to [redacted] to refund us our money. My wife and I called back to request a full refund of our money. They was no one able to tell us when we would receive our money back or even give us a confirmation number as proof that the cancellation has been made. On Sunday I received a call from a repersetive by the name of [redacted] who was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I and ask me why do I keep calling about my refund and lied and said I told her people that I was not home when there company partner [redacted] stated that the order was not brought to my home. Till this day we have still not received a refund nor a confirmation that it has even been made.Desired Settlement: First, I would like a full refund of my order. I also would like the Revdex.com to take full action agantist [redacted] because I feel as though they are scaming customers by taking there money and not giving them the service that is promised. There is no excuse as to why I did recieve my balloons on February 14th, and why when I called about this matter I was poorly mistreated when the evidence was clear that [redacted] was in the wrong and didn't care to follow up with [redacted] on February 14.
?This customer was issued a full credit on 2/17/14. I spoke to him on 3/7/14 and he confirmed that he got it. I t was valentines day and out shop in the area had some trouble making this delivery.
