asked us to fix the car and we did the work she picked the car up in August 2014 and I told them we needed to work out something with the bill we wouldn't eat the whole repair as this wasn't completely our fault. I was willing to work with them I delivered the car to her work and I haven't heard anything back from them. I told them they should pay at least portion of the bill.
I am still willing to work with the customer but they need to contact me.
