Dear Mr. [redacted],A refund was sent yesterday, please allow 3 days. We are sorry for the delay.

We have researched the customers orders and cannot find a problem, however, we are happy to assist the customer with adding an additional 2 years to the subscription. We have NOT "stolen" money from the customer, the amount listed with [redacted] is a wholesale dealer cost.

Complaint #[redacted] "not resolved". Business indicated receipt of refund within 5-7 business days beginning 7/29/2015. Refund has not been received as of 8/13/2015. Business has not responded to email sent on 8/11/2015 regarding refund.As initially requested, either my receiving a refund or notification to California State's Attorney office for investigation of business's practice.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If the company does not provide the refund I will contact the Revdex.com.
