We have had continued issues with this customer and have recently told her she is no longer welcome in our establishments.  In regards to her charge, she was asked to come in with her statement so we could figure out why there was a discrepancy.  She came in and sat at the bar so our...

bartender, who she know from the years of service he has provided her, handed her a menu while he assisted customers who were there before her.  When he came back to take her order she was gone.  The next we heard from her was through this Revdex.com complaint.  The only reason we even knew that she came in with her statement was through this complaint.  Once we received the complaint, we asked the scheduled bartender if she came in and he explained her visit.  We immediately contacted her and asked for a picture of her statement.  She sent a picture of the statement showing a charge for $25.98 and the very next day we sent her a picture of her signed credit card slip for $25.98, which matched her statement.  This was sent to her on Saturday and of course we have not heard back from her.  If you need any further information, please let us know.

I have attached a copy of the sales draft signed by her for $25.98. I have also attached a copy of the statement she provided showing a charge for $25.98. I don't understand what the issue is. Please let me know what further information I can provide so we can move on from this complaint.

The company is not speaking the truth, I have letters from him stating that he charged me 23.48. But my statement said 25.98. which is why he asked me to come in the first place. He sent me letter stating that 23.48 was my total. I never sat at the bar when I went to lounge with mt statement, I stood. I was never handed a menu because I wasn't there to drink. I was ignored and this company stole from me and is trying to cover their fault. I have multiple messages per my Facebook account stating so. None of this would of happened if my bank account didn't match what he told he had in his records when I first contacting him asking why? His response is faulty. He is the one who gave me the 23.48 total. I was inquiring about the 25.98. Now he is stating he charged me 25.98. Why is his total Changing?regards,Sonya [redacted]
