Stan's Plumbing & Heating

Review: I was going through Lowes to have blinds installed. They contract through Stans Plumbing. The gentleman they sent to my house was rude and arguing with my mother. I called Stans Plumbing to let the owner know. I was explaining the situation when the owner started arguing with me and yelling at me. My job requires great customer service. I was appalled when he started yelling at me instead of apologizing and trying to rectify the issue. I am very upset how an owner of a business thinks this behavior is acceptable.Desired Settlement: I feel that the owner and/or employees need to learn how to better speak and treat their customers.
