I met Mr*** at the beginning of the rehab *** ** *** *** which is a beautiful approx yr old home that had previously had
been converted to a multi family dwellingI walked with Mr*** through the home
and this was my only visit to the home and at that time the full scope of
the
renovation was unclear other than the fact the house was being converted back
to a single family dwellingAs with any approx yr old home it had many
hidden defects that are not known until walls have been open and renovation is
in the processMy suggestion to Mr*** was for my crews to work under a
time and material basis, as this would move the job along much quicker and at a
lower costI still believe that at this timeMr*** never spoke of any
budgets or any bids that he had receivedAny bids that he would have received
would have been based on the known issues with house, not the unknownThe
unknowns would have had to be addressed with work change orders, which also
cause delays with projectsMy electricians work directly for Mr*** that
represented himself as a general contractor, as therefore Mr*** made all
the decisions on what work needed to be done and what was addedNo one at Stansbury Electric made those decisions

I have worked with Stansbury Electric in the past and I found them to be very professional I met with the owner directly and he was very informative and made a person like me who is very paranoid regarding electricity feel at ease and did not treat me like a crazy personI would use them again if I am ever in need of an electrician

I would highly recommend Stansbury Electric The office staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous They went out of their way to get our job done as quickly as possible The electrican who came to our home was very prompt and polite He answered all of our questions and completed the job very efficiently We will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise
