When I asked him that he saw the " NON Smoking" sign on the doorHe insisted that he booked a " smoking room"In our website and all other websites, we DO NOT HAVE " SMOKING ROOM" optionHe insisted he booked " smoking room" so he CAN smoke in the room!!
