As the store manager stated they had no return policyThis could have been stated at the time of my complaint to themInstead he promised to replace it and after a three week wait I was told he would not replace itOn speaking to the manufacturer I was told that a replacement part could have been obtained with proof of purchaseThe store knowingly gave no receipt for my purchase and clearly did not contact the ManufacturerSo my complaint is totally valid and I recommend action be taken

This is Hassan on behalf of Stanton Smoke and ConvenienceI would like to say you that I was really embarrassed and upset getting a letter through the Revdex.com from a person named *** ***It's really frustrating that he complained against my well reputed business without any reason
The first thing , I never sold g micro for dollarsAnd , second thing we never give guarantee to our customer for any electronic productsIt costs us more than We never experienced something like this in the pastWe have a good reputation about our business in this neighborhood We always try to give our best to our customerI never sell or sold any defected products to our customerWe are really upset about his bad comment and intention about our business We never gave him any time to exchange or return it because we never have any return , exchange or refund policy in our storeHis complain against our business is totally unfare and irrelevantUnder these circumstances , I would like to request to the Revdex.com for your good consideration Sincerely Hassan

 As the store manager stated they had no return policy. This could have been stated at the time of my complaint to them. Instead he promised to replace it and after a three week wait I was told he would not replace it. On speaking to the manufacturer I was told that a replacement part could have been obtained with proof of purchase. The store knowingly gave no receipt for my purchase and clearly did not contact the  Manufacturer. So my complaint is totally valid and I recommend action be taken.

reason. The first thing , I never sold g micro for 60 dollars. And , second thing we never give guarantee to our customer for any electronic products. It costs us more than 60. We never experienced something like this in the past. We have a good reputation about our business in this neighborhood . We always try to give our best to our customer. I never sell or sold  any defected products to our customer. We are really upset about his bad comment and intention about our business .
