The [redacted] and the crew where helpful,positive,and informative. The price they quoted when they did the home visit to evaluate problem with my flat screen TV is the amount they charged. They let me know how long it would take to fix the TV and it was completed in that time frame. The Overall experience was excellent and my TV is working like new. I would refer them to family and friends.

Review: I called [redacted] in May and spoke with [redacted] @ STANTON TV SERVICE. I have a SONY TRINITRON monitor that stopped working and inquired with him whether it would be a repair he can handle or perhaps my giving up on attempting to continue on with trying to revive it would be in my best interest. His assurance to me that they would be able to get it working led me to agree, after their telling me the service fee, to have them come pick it up. That was 5/**/13. Upon delivery, 6/**/13, I promptly paid the $265.00 bill. From that day until present the monitor remains as a job incomplete; the (picture) screen works intermittently. I called, spoke to [redacted] 7/* and his guys came and picked it up 7/[redacted]. Still having trouble maintaining the picture [redacted] sends his guys back and they are off with my monitor a second time, [redacted], I'm on the phone once again with [redacted] by this time wondering how it's possible that I should be in this position having chosen his Service which professes to 'REPAIR ALL MAKES AND MODELS OF TV's,STEREOS,CAMCORDERS ,etc. yet here I sit having to agree upon yet a THIRD pick-up time being 9/** (11:**). [redacted],one of the employees who came to pick up, suggested I call owner/manager [redacted]. I didn't get my monitor back until 9/**!! On 9/** business as usual with the working/not-working, on then off with my monitor. Speaking with [redacted] @11:**, OCTOBER **, WAS TO NO AVAIL since his conclusion as to why this is occurring is to blame the outlet I was using. A paid electrician concluded no-fault found in ANY of my outlets. My final conversation with [redacted] 10/** left me waiting for his callback with notice that he contacted a "senior" tech who would help in troubleshooting and ending THIS FIASCO. Today is OCTOBER ** -- he never called.Desired Settlement: They have taken my money and not provided the service agreed upon. My desire is to have a working monitor and being reimbursed so that I can proceed forward, accomplishing that satisfaction.

Responding to Mrs. [redacted] complaint we did repair her sony trinotron tv 2 times in the expand of 3 month the led repair was on 9/**/13 witch was tested for 2 weeks after completing her repair which until work perfectly. Mrs. [redacted] may have electrical issues with her outlet that may be causing further problems with her TV. We would like to resolve all her complaints. she can call us back at [redacted] and ask for [redacted].

[[redacted] persists to tell me my electrical wiring is inadequate. As I stated in my initial complaint, a certified electrician stated all is well with that and every other outlet here. His suggestion that I bring the monitor back to his store to see it working is absurd. There is no reason for my informing him of the unit's intermittent operation over and over again if indeed it were not true! I get nothing from it but a business getting paid for services NOT RENDERED! Whatever it takes to make it work is what I expected and paid for. If you need to replace the picture tube, as he mentioned, then he needs to do it. He has my money, he should COMPLETE the job! Speaking over me telling me how he has been in business for so long and never had a complaint, insinuating that it is impossible for this to be happening and that I am fabricating some sort of drama makes it clearer to me how unprofessional he stands. He is a thief! The initial call to Stanton months ago and speaking with [redacted] led me to decide to give them the opportunity, I felt confident that my monitor could and would be repaired; back to me in WORKING condition. In regards to Mrs. [redacted] complaints about her monitor we responded several times we are willing to help her. If she would bring the monitor into our shop to check the function of the unit in front of the customer.

Review: I took my samsung flat screen television for a quote after being referred by samsung. the television would not turn off properly and would also turn off and on at times. [redacted] from Stanton stated that it could be repaired for about $205. I picked up the tv and paid in full and the next day both the problems occurred with the tv. I brought it back and stanton stated they would repair it for no additonal charge. they stated the pc board was replaced the first time and the part may have been faulty. They returned the tv a second time and as soon as I brought it home, it still had the same issues. I asked for a full refund and they stated that they can't give it without taking out the parts they put in. I told them to replace the original parts since the tv was working and they refused stating that they threw the parts away. They are refusing a refund and want to continue to work on my tv until they can figure it out. I was initially told that I could recieve a refund, however they are now stating that they will remove all parts they put in and then only provide a partial refund. I have dealt with the owner and co-owner, [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I seek a refund in the amount of $220.38 which was the total amount paid. Although they are not rude or discourtesy, I do not want to do business with them any longer because I feel they are dishonest and not able to repair the tv. I can provide all paperwork and proof of payment which was done on a credit card.

Review: 42" CLASS 1080P LED TV (41.9" DIAGONAL) Around the 2nd week in August I called LG Electronics ([redacted]) to find out where my television could be fixed. They recommended Stanton TV Service [redacted] (###-###-####). I called them and an appointment date was established when they could come to my house to pick up tv. they arrived on set date and told me 2 weeks. 9 days later I got a call telling me the tv was repaired. I informed them that my days off were sunday and monday. The following Saturday I received a call about 8:15 am the repair people said they were at my house. I told the guy I'm at work([redacted] 28 yrs).we laughed about the mix up. We set a date for the following Monday. They never Showed I called they said they came I said you did not. They said they were going to charge me extra money I sais I just want my tv. the following week this past Friday 9-**-14 I was told my TV was sold. He kept it for 26 days I was not entitled to be informed if they chose to sell. Then the boss said he would help me get my tv because I was nice lady ,he tried to sell me an older samsung model for the price of my tv. said I was better off. I called LG electronics back and spoke with [redacted]. (Executive services) he called them. he told me he was fileing a complaint and for me to do the same. I went to the Town of Newburgh Police station I couldn't file complaint there because it was not a theft of property I let them in the house.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the price of my television.

The tv was repaired on 8/**/14. We scheduled delivery on 8/**/14 upon delivery of tv customer did not have the funds to pay for the repair this was the first trip made.Then after multiple attempts to make contact with the customer we finally resceduled for 9/** twenty days later. Upon delivery we were told by the son he did not have the funds to pay for the repair. Since then we attemped to make contact with the customer with no response. At that point we needed to recoop the repair costs and the two attempts at delivery, the tv was then sold.

Stanton TV Service is not telling the truth !!!! On August **,2014 that was the date they picked up the TV. The repairman told me the tv would be ready in about 2 weeks. After the two weeks went by I called about the tv a older man answered the phone and said,"someome would call me back. No one ever did. STANTON TV stated that they delivered the TV on a second date 9-**-14 and spoke to my son. Not true my son was in school on that day. Now he's using the excuse I did not have any money to pay for my TV. I can show all my pay stubs from 8-**-14 -- 9-**-14. I HAVE MONEY. I cried and explained to him how important the TV was to me my husband brought me the TV before he died. Stanton TV said ," Your a nice lady I'm going to help you get your TV." Then he said," I have one I could sell you the same price but a older model Samsung."" I was upset and asked him how could he do this steal out right . I feel I was taken advantage of and treated unfairly.
