Mercury sent an independent insurance agent to look at the car At this point our shop is working with the insurance company As far as the deductible is concerned that is between her and the insurance company.The vehicle was already here and in repair when the grandfather contacted us and the insurance company and wanted to pull the vehicle from our shop, and the insurance company as well as our shop advised that could not happen at this point in the repairs unless they wanted to pay for the repairs that had been completed up to that point
