Review: I ordered a click clack (sofa bed) from this company, paid in full cash money. Owner assured me that my order would be delivered by 5/23 or 5/24. I have called him numerous of times, left him many voice messages and he has yet to return my call and explain to me what is going on with my order. I have both receipt's. When it was time to make payments he would always return calls, he told me that he was in the verge of relocating but that it wouldn't be a problem to have my order delivered. He kept reassuring me. But here I am stuck with a lost of $448.00 and no furniture... What to do?!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my furniture, but if it's not possible then I would like my cash back. Times are hard and money does not grow on trees. Please help me I don't know what to do, never been in this situation before.

Review: Purchased Furniture 7/19/131. Montevallo Off-White Bedroom set (2 night stands, 1 dresser, 1 chest, 1 bed frame, 1 headboard & 1 footboard, queen size mattress set & boxspring) 2. Four piece Off-White wall-unit set(Entertainment unit)3. Two sets of mattresses (Two sets of incorrect mattresses were delivered to ti location.)Was told that due to overdue delivery I would not have to pay remaining balance on furniture, and the $1,800 given originally as a deposit was now the final cost and full amount already paid for furniture. Therefore I was told to just wait for furniture to arrive.Desired Settlement: I either want my money refunded, or all correct furniture ordered to be delivered within the month of March. As well I want damages and grievances due to sleeping on cold floor for several months due to the intention that my furniture would be delivered within the purchase date two delivery time period.Health issue involves on a cold floor and receiving back pain, neck pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain due to the overdue longevity of waiting on my purchased furniture to be delivered.
